This policy explains how HydroRole AI ("we") collects and uses information through hydrorole-ai.com and our job-matching service.

Information we collect

Information you send us (name, email, CV, field of study, location preferences, and work-authorization status) and basic website analytics. We do not collect Social Security numbers or payment card numbers directly; payments, if any, are handled by our payment processor.

How we use it

Only to match you with job postings, prepare application drafts you request, send reports and alerts, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information and do not share your CV with employers without your instruction.

AI processing

We use third-party AI models to analyze job postings and to draft application materials from your CV. Your data is not used to train those models.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. Email hello@hydrorole-ai.com to request access to or deletion of your data; we will respond within 30 days.

Security

Data is stored with encryption at rest and in transit on cloud infrastructure with restricted access.
